Leaving early means less light, so Zoe was wearing a taillight to make sure people could see us. Then she carried it into school and attracted a fair bit of attention from her peers.

Day 33: Writing Journal
Running a little late today, so I was able to walk with here to class. Zoe showed me the system they use to assign class jobs (Zoe is the Errand Runner), then they got right to work in their journals. Zoe was thinking about the assignment, “What was the best part of yesterday’s field trip to the fire station?” when I took this.
Day 32: Livestrong Pledge Day
Why does Daddy look so serious? Because he wants to raise $2500 for the Livestrong Challenge and he only has two weeks to do it! You can help him, and people affected by cancer, by making a pledge online: http://is.gd/fObDH
Thanks!Day 31: Warm Jacket, Short Pants
Zoe wore a warmer coat today and enjoyed the ride. Daddy was wearing shorts and a t-shirt and he did not enjoy the ride. I got Zoe to put on long pants instead of a dress, but she is growing so fast they don’t quite make it to her ankles.
Day 30: Zoe Discovers Windchill
Zoe got herself dressed in pink today, from socks to sundress to windbreaker. It was a little bit chilly this morning and she insisted I go slower on the bike after realizing that faster meant colder, even with the jacket.
Day 29
She was a little reluctant to go in the building unless I carried her, so I picked her up and flew her like an airplane, spinning round and round and much to everyone’s delight.
